Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Mental Resilience 19.09.25

“Psychological First Aid and Resilience” training is a program designed to provide practical tools for stress management and resilience building. The program was created to enhance people’s preparedness to act effectively in crisis situations and cope with the consequences of traumatic events.
The training is suitable for everyone who works or lives under conditions of heightened tension, constant stress, or risk, where maintaining psychological resilience and supporting others is essential.

Program includes:

  •  Stress and trauma responses
  •  Signs of burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Psychological First Aid (PFA) methods
  • Techniques of self-help and peer support
  • Conflict resolution in crisis situations

What participants will learn:

  • Applying PFA in emergency conditions
  • Identifying and overcoming burnout
  • Supporting colleagues through peer-to-peer interaction

They have already completed the training “Psychological First Aid and Psychological Resilience”

  • War crimes documenters
  • Volunteers of civic organizations
  • Public figures, activists
