Training on Dialogue in a Polarized World: March 7-8

In today’s polarized world, the ability to engage in constructive dialogue with people who hold opposing views is more important than ever. Daily Humanity invites journalists, psychologists, and media managers to the Training on Dialogue in a Polarized World, where you will gain practical skills to transform conflicts in your professional environment.

Through interactive exercises and discussions rooted in Narrative Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, and Conflict Transformation, we will explore identity, belonging, globalization, and power dynamics — helping you bridge divides and communicate effectively.

Trainer: Dr. Maja Nenadović, an expert with over 20 years of experience in civic education, human rights, and conflict transformation. She has worked in 40+ countries and developed the Across Divides methodology of depolarizing communication.
