Training “Stop The Bleed” | STB

The Stop The Bleed training is designed to teach skills for stopping critical bleeding. This program was created to enhance community preparedness in responding to injuries that could lead to death from blood loss.

Quick and correct response to bleeding can save lives before medical professionals arrive. Bleeding is one of the leading causes of death from injuries, and timely control is crucial.

Proper bleeding control can prevent serious complications such as shock and infections, significantly increasing the chances of successful recovery for the injured person.

Participation in the training requires a donation to the Daily Humanity Foundation, starting from 900 UAH per day of training. These funds support the Foundation’s operations, including the purchase of medical kits and the development of new training formats to enhance safety culture in Ukraine.

With the support of the Canada-Ukraine Foundation, participation in the training is free for:

• Journalists and media professionals
• War crimes documentarians
• Volunteers of non-governmental organizations
• Civil society activists

Please note: To confirm participation, we ask participants to make a deposit of 900 UAH, which will be refunded upon full completion of the training.

📌 The training will be held on the same day in two groups – morning and evening. You will be able to choose the time that works best for you during registration.

By completing the training, you will gain confidence in your skills and knowledge, enabling you to remain composed in critical situations and act quickly and effectively. Having a large number of people trained in bleeding control increases the overall safety of society, especially in crowded places or during mass events.
