Thank you for your interest in the Mental Resilience Development Program. We invite you to apply for a series of training sessions organized in partnership with the Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma.
This program aims to support journalists, editors, and HR professionals in the media industry who seek to enhance their teams’ mental health and establish more resilient editorial practices. The training sessions combine practical exercises, interactive discussions, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
Daily Humanity supports this project as part of its initiative to build a network of professionals dedicated to the psychological well-being of Ukrainian media.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing editorial teams or departments
- Understanding of trauma’s impact on journalists and news content
- Interest in developing strategies for team well-being
- Commitment to fostering resilience and advancing editorial practices
