HEAT with Drones

HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) with FPV drones is an innovative approach to preparing for work in hazardous environments, incorporating relevant practical scenarios with real challenges.
The program combines updating knowledge in tactical medicine, security in war conditions and practical scenarios using drones and pyrotechnics to create the most realistic conditions.

Who It’s For

  • Enterprises operating in high-risk areas or with sensitive production
  • Humanitarian missions
  • Journalists, media workers, documentarians
  • Employees of public organizations operating in high-risk areas
  • Government agencies, employees of local communities in high-risk areas

Why is it needed?

Modern warfare produces new threats: FPV drones, quadcopters with discharges, mine danger and a combination of these factors with shelling. Survival and efficiency in such conditions directly depend on the skills to act correctly and consciously during emergency situations. HEAT+DRONES allows you to practice action algorithms in realistic scenarios, as close as possible to combat ones.

Training modules include:

Risk assessment

  • Situational awareness and risk assessment during an emergency
  • Risk assessment matrix in a hostile environment
  • Risk management system and strategies
  • Fundamentals of effective communication in a high-risk environment
  • Scenario work

Tactical medicine

  • Stopping critical bleeding
  • Applying tourniquets
  • Evacuation and first aid under fire

Mine hazard

  • Responding to explosions
  • Basics and rules of lying down
  • Moving under fire
  • Basics of explosion and explosion factors
  • Behavior in dangerous areas
  • Practical actions when detecting explosive objects

Safety during drone attacks

  • Recognition of FPV drones and risk reduction tactics
  • Types of combat drones, electronic warfare, tactics of use
  • Responding to quadcopters with discharges
  • Action in open space, in transport and premises

Practical scenarios

  • Realistic simulations using pyrotechnics and FPV drones
  • Situations: evacuation during shelling, mine danger, drone penetration into the premises, drone hunting, kamikaze drone attack
  • 90% practice and 10% error analysis after completing the tasks

THEY HAVE ALREADY PASSED DRONE TRAINING:

What will you get?

  • Tactical medicine skills (MARCH algorithm, ASM level), applying a tourniquet in 30 seconds
  • You will be able to provide first aid
  • Stress tolerance and decisiveness skills in unpredictable conditions
  • Experience practicing actions during drone attacks and explosive devices
  • Experience providing assistance and drawing up an action plan in stressful conditions
  • Increasing personal safety while working in combat zones
  • Certificate of passing HEAT, which is the basis for obtaining insurance and permission to work in high-risk areas.

The training also includes:

  • Training equipment: body armor, helmets, other protective equipment
  • Location rental (training ground, conference room)
  • Meals
  • Coffee breaks
  • Transfer to the training venue
  • Printed certificates

Training duration: 3 full day.

Availability: upon request.

Requirements for participants:

  • HEFAT, HEAT or Tactical Medicine course certificate (issued no more than 2 years ago)
  • Knowledge of the MARCH algorithm
  • Willingness to undergo pre-testing

Also available is a 1-day REFRESHER for those who have already completed HEFAT, HEAT, STB, BLS or other courses from Daily Humanity (2402 Foundation) or other organizations.
