HEFAT for international organizations: Daily Humanity conducted a risk assessment training for IWMF

The 2402 Foundation (Daily Humanity) successfully conducted a specialized Hostile Environment First Aid Training (HEFAT) for representatives of the International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF).

HEFAT is a comprehensive training program that provides critical knowledge and skills to reduce risks while working in hazardous environments. A key focus of the training was risk assessment, an essential component that enables timely decision-making and helps avoid potential threats.

Our HEFAT trainings are tailored to the Ukrainian context and based on real-life case studies with practical skill application. Since 2022, we have been continuously updating our methodology to align with the latest challenges.

The 2402 Foundation emphasizes that completing HEFAT training is a fundamental necessity for any organization whose employees operate in hostile environments, both in Ukraine and beyond. Such training significantly enhances the safety of personnel as they carry out their professional duties in high-risk conditions.
