INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO GET GEAR
We use an automated distribution system. The entire process, from request to receiving, is fully digitalized.
Step 1. Application Submission (KYC)
Fill out the online form with your contact details, rotation dates, requested equipment, and upload a scan of your press card/documents for verification.
Step 2. Contract Signing & Guarantee
Once verified, you will receive an automatically generated rental agreement to sign via the Vchasno service (for Ukrainian citizens) or DocuSign (for foreign nationals).
Step 3. Security Deposit
Because the equipment is expensive, we operate on a guarantee system. After signing the contract, the system will prompt you to make a security deposit: 100% of the assessed value. The full amount is refunded after the equipment is returned.
Step 4. Automated Delivery
As soon as the contract is signed and the security deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then need to provide a delivery address for the equipment.
You can receive the equipment at any Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker (poshtomat) across Ukraine. Please factor delivery times into your plans.
Important: The user is responsible for covering shipping costs both ways (delivery and return).
Step 5. Return
Return the equipment by the specified deadline and take a few photos of its condition. Your deposit will be automatically refunded upon the equipment’s acceptance.
