Daily Humanity (2402 Foundation), in partnership with Reporters Without Borders (RSF), is launching a series of specialized Hostile Environment and First Aid Training (HEAT) sessions focused on drone threats. This program is free of charge and designed for independent journalists, fixers, and freelancers covering the war in Ukraine.
Given the constantly evolving nature of threats on the front line, this training provides vital knowledge and skills for working in drone-threat environments, as well as basic tactical medicine skills.
TRAINING SCHEDULE AND EQUIPMENT PROVISION
Thanks to RSF, all participants will receive an individual tactical first aid kit as a gift. Drone detectors will also be provided, with distribution terms depending on the participant’s primary base of operations:
