2402 Foundation invites to a workshop on mental well-being policies media representatives interested in supporting themselves and others in trauma reporting, self-care and well-being for journalists, and dealing with online harassment. As a result of the workshop, participants will be able to help their colleagues in newsrooms, media organizations, and freelance networks regarding mental well-being on individual and organizational levels.

Hannah Storm
Founder and co-director of HEADLINES NETWORK
Hanna Storm is a consultant with expertise in journalism safety, mental health, and empathetic leadership, who has years of experience collaborating with global newsrooms to foster environments that prioritize open discussions on mental health and well-being. She has been instrumental in helping foster workplace cultures that normalize mental health conversations and support holistic safety strategies that recognize the distinct needs of the individual, all of which are crucial for a healthy work environment.
Storm founded and is co-director of Headlines Network (United Kingdom), which provides training, tips, and a podcast aimed at normalizing conversations about mental health in the news media.
