Working intensively in the field of security and survival skills training, we've seen that mental health directly affects the decisions a person makes, whether in extreme situations or everyday work and life decisions. We believe that mental health is part of security, and skills in stress management, trauma work, and first psychological aid are essential skills for journalists and editorial offices working in war conditions.

To this end, we have created a mental resilience program and will implement it to help as many Ukrainian journalists and media managers as possible, and we will share the experience and achievements of this program with global communities, as this is a global challenge. For this purpose, we are working with the strongest experts in mental health and safety culture in media, innovators, scientists, psychologists, conflict facilitators from around the world.
