Reporters Without Borders (RSF) invites Ukrainian journalists and media professionals to take advantage of individual psychological support — up to 10 sessions (one-hour duration, free of charge), available online and offline in Kyiv.
Journalists’ work often involves dealing with difficult topics and events, especially during wartime. This affects their psychological and emotional state and well-being.
Therefore, if you feel you need support, we invite you to share these work-related difficulties with a Ukrainian psychologist/psychotherapist who collaborates with RSF and has experience supporting journalists, media professionals, as well as military personnel, and people whose loved ones are in captivity.
For additional information or to request access to this support, please contact: assistance2@rsf.org
We also ask you to complete a survey about the impact on journalists’ mental health by Daily Humanity and Lauren Welsh.
Daily Humanity is already conducting mental resilience training, but we strive to do as much as possible for colleagues who face unprecedented challenges.
